What makes Unreal Finds a sustainable retailer?
Unreal Finds proudly stocks solely slow fashion brands, meaning each piece is handmade using ethically-sourced, mostly recycled and deadstock material.
This significantly reduces environmental impact compared to fast fashion production processes.
All products are shipped using either recyclable bamboo boxes, or compostable bags which can be reused for home compost waste.
Can I return/exchange an item?
Refunds
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unworn. Shipping costs of a return for a change of mind or wrong size will be the responsibility of the customer. To start a return, you can do so through your account on the Unreal Finds website, or by contacting us at contact@unrealfinds.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@unrealfinds.com.au.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Can I cancel/change my order?
If you would like to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed, please email contact@unrealfinds.com.au. If it has not yet been dispatched, we can make changes to the order for you.
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If you are experiencing delays in receiving your product, please use your tracking and reach out to your carrier initially provided to receive further updates. Although Unreal Finds cannot be held responsible for transit delays which may occur during busy periods, we want to do our best to help. Do you ship internationally?
Unreal Finds currently only ships Australia-wide. We hope to ship overseas in future, so please do not hesitate to get in touch if you are shopping internationally and would like us to expand our shipping regions.
